Quick question before I buy something I can't use:

Do the 07 seats fit on the 06 models? I think I want an 07 Wide Glide seat for my 06Bob (it has the HD color-matched,bobtail fender). By the way, does anyone have the part number for the 07 FXDWG seat?

According to the Harley website, the same bobtail fenders fit all 06 and later dynas, therefore all the seats should be interchangable and usable with your fender.

I have an 05 Wide Glide seat listed in the classifedswhich I had on my 06 Superglide. It fit perfectly. Here is a link to the Ebay listing.

Surprising, as I thought thepre-06 stuff was all incompatible.

 

I read several posts on here about some guys who had used them and they fit, others who said the wouldn't or they had to fabricate the rear bracket. Mine happen to fit just right. When I was at the dealer, I compared the fit to the 2-up on a newFXDCI and Lowrider.

'06 - '07 will interchange.

 

Had a 2009 super glide seat on my 2006 Wide glide. No Issues at all!
