Default RSD seats??

Anyone running any of the new RSD seats? I know many people hate on the brand but I like RSD/PM a lot of the items. I am considering the Enzo or Boss in either 1 up or 2 up.

I really like the RSD stuff, but it will take some work to get past the sticker shock!

Especially if you can buy something similar for half the cost. I think RSD would make $hit tons more $$$ if they dropped their price by at least $100.

That's exactly the issue with RSD stuff. They make very high quality stuff, but it is way over priced. Some of it I would even buy at their price if it didn't have RSD stamped or engraved in everything.

The seats look nice but there are many other options at much less cost. Sick Saddles comes to mind.

Ive had my eye on that enzo 2up for a while now, wanted to wait till someone else tried it but I might have to bite the bullet and go for it within the next few months. I really wanted a brown seat and that brown and black version looks great. They are quality products so I imagine they would be a good seat. I guess we will see

Not Sure what it costs, assuming its as high as any other high priced seat on market.

For the money why not have somebody custom make you a seat, either a new one or rebuild your stock one? Lots of companies will do it. First have you sit on bike, they will see where you are at and where you want to be if you want taller or lower, sitting closer or further from bars, add in memory foam and or gel, plus custom stitching of cool materials.

A place called Bitchin Stitchin in Denver does it, said about 275 to rebuild my stock fatbob seat. There isnt a "off the shelf" seat that will be as comfy as one custom built for your size and weight and bike...

Food for thought.

I dig the RSD style, but the price tag is pretty hefty on the bank account.
I do like craig's idea of a custom made seat just for you, I may have to look into that option if my back gets worse.

I like the RSD stuff... the seats are made by Mustang. The pipes by V&H and PM makes a lot of their other stuff... quality stuff. I like a lot of their designs. the pricing will keep them a little more unique... the enzo and the boss seats are on my short list of all seats...
