Put a Baby monitor on the bike( in saddle bag or tool bag).

Have the other part of the baby monitor with you in the house-hotel. You can hear them coming.

And a gun.

If you put it on the rear disk it makes it even harder. All anyone has to do is spin the front tire back around, roll till it stops, spin the front tire back around, etc. Can't spin the tire rear tire as easily.

Good advice, Abus also makes the detecto with a built in alarm if the bike is moved, has the added bonus of reminding you to take it off.

Park it sideways in front of your vehicle.
Make sure to get the reminder cable for any disc lock.
A cheap walmart cover ($25) and run a lock through the plastic grommet on the bottom so it will rip if someone tries to steal the cover.
A chain/cable through the frame.
A realistic looking rubber turd on the seat.

Any pic of a chain through the frame would be appreciated but i'm starting to think just the disc lock for the rear wheel + a black cover would be enough

I used to put the chain through the down tubes at the front of the frame, right by the voltage regulator.

most of the modern alarms are flipping loud like ear piercing, if they stuck around long enough to steal your scoot their gonna be deaf. And it will surely wake you if your on the first floor, park it outside your bedroom window lol
