Default Help!!! with rear rim swap from 17" to 16"

I have a 2009 FXDC Dyna Glide Custom. Need to swap rear rim from 17" stock to a 16" so I can buy 160 or 180 whitewall tires. What is the right axle size (3/4" or 1") and rim width dimension (3", 3.5"....)

Please help!!!

If he's gonna run a 180, shouldn't he get a wider rim? (Not counting the one or two HD "skinny" 180s designed for the stock rim)

A Fat Bob rear wheel is an easy swap. Gets you the 16 X 5 inch wheel and the ability to mount any 180 series tire without a tube.
