Default Street Bob lift, black widow jack

Does anyone have this lift.... http://www.discountramps.com/motorcycle-jack-lift.htm ? (Black widow motorcycle jack)

If so, will it work to lift a Street bob without any mods? Any other feedback would be great. Thanks!

It looks identical to Craftsman Red that I purchased yesterday. I paid $84.95 at Sears and did the modification for less than $20 and it works great for me. If the Street Bob have a same frame like my Fat Bob, then I don't think it's going to work.

Also look like the Harbor Freight jack that I have. Mine fits my wide glide fine, just had to move the saddles to the widest point. All ya have to do is unbolt them and rebolt them to the outside of the lift arms.

Thanks for your responses. Hopefully others will respond too with the same bike I'm getting. If not I might try the sears or HF jack. I was hoping to be able to come home from this deployment and get right to work (didn't want to mess around modding things, unless its a 5 min task). Thanks again.

It's not going to be 5 min task, I can tell you that right now. But if you need help on doing it, let me know. I can guide you and walk you through it to save you a lot of time. I can also tell you exactly what you need to buy from ACE hardware so you only make 1 trip. Least I can do for serving our country.

Make sure that you use a "GRADE 8" (or better) bolts and nylock.

Good luck!

+1 this is the same mod I did to my HF yellow jack and it works fine for FXDB's.

I have OTC 1545 stinger, low profile and works for me. I heard it is Sears jack, I could be wrong.
