No part # here at work. It was made by HD for a couple of years around 2001 to 2004. Same time they went to 1-1/8" for all Dynas, it was offered as a retrofit for the older bikes. It was in the HD parts Catalog, my dealership had the older catalog, did a search and had one shipped to them.
It is just a narrower belt but with a rear pulley that has the needed offset and bolt pattern to fit pre-2000 wheels. As I recall it that was just the belt, rear pulley and all gaskets to pull the primary for the job. The only special part is the pulley, the belt is stock from the newer bikes. Of course the hitch is outer and inner primary covers must come off to swap the belt. I used the opportunity to also go with a open belt primary drive while I was there.
If not looking for that route, at least it would be a good excuse to chrome the inner primary.

'99 is different than '05, tho. A Google pic search makes it's look the arm got the higher, thinner caliper support in '00. That makes me think a '00-'05 swingarm will allow me to use the smaller two-piston rear caliper.
I may end up going with the Wilwood low mount bracket and GP310. I can't find many pics, but it seems to look even cleaner than the smaller factory setup. cost is a bit more, but only a bit.
