If you go to an old time auto parts store with your bearings, they can generally get into the books and find your bearing with measurements. Also, many bearings bear the part number on them.

This is a very heavy duty bearing and far stronger than the HD part. Compare the specs to the very expensive Sta-bo and decide for yourself

Are these bearings a snug fit between inner and outer races. My HD bearings with 27,000 miles on them have .010" play in them. I heard the new HD bearings also have play between the inner and outer races.

Yes there is little play
Aurora posts specs and a drawing. I and others have used these and you will be impressed with the specs and like the price.

So iv read about the aurora ge25et-2rs and decide to go that route but have not found a place to purchase them from... where is everyone buying them?

Little tip on this stuff? Get the number off a bearing, not HD's part number. Look up a cross-reference on google, there's usually several brands, SKF is the same bearing. Cheapest is Amazon or hit a local or commercial bearing supply.
