That was to beef up the entire bottom end. DH disassembled and put together the bottom end. Having the bottom end at DH I could have gone much bigger than 106 but where does it stop? Any bigger I would have gone to maybe 117" but then the cost is also much more than my prices that I listed (bigger throttle and injectors would be a must & kit prices are more too).

Hey bud we can also port and polish your stock tb, that is what I did on mine and a ton of customers, much cheaper than buying a new 55mm and awesome results, just another option. When I am at a PC as not my phone I can drop done pics of some ported and polished throttle body's, there is also a huge section of our galley dedicated to this, we build some insane throttle body's.

Here ya go, I believe he is active here too:

Might take Joe up on that offer, otherwise you would need to pull the cylinder heads off to match the HPI.

Nice, great selection of parts. Congrats on the build. I was going to say, definitely have to start looking for an hpi. It would be a shame to cork up that great combo with a little throttle body. 55/58 maxflow would work mint. With a good throttle body be expecting more than 110hp!

Thanks I'll see what this guy has. Kirby at VeeTwin told me to go with a 55 or 58 for the heads he did. When I spoke to HPI they told me to go with the 55 w/o a doubt and didnt recommend any higher. I will also get the 5.3 gps injectors when I make the switch.
M&M Cycles has great prices on HPI-55D6-18 t-bodys for $582.96 shipped!

EDIT: i logged into HTT and the T-Body the guys is selling is an HPI 55D1-18, which isn't for our year. Killer deal though.

I sure hope it would be over 110HP with the t-body. I will be happy with no less than 110hp w/ my current setup. Parts costs add up quick !

The 55 will be about right for your build in my opinion, for what ever it is worth.
That is what I am using.
Going too big for the type of head work you did-stage 3, right, could hold it back some.

The bike sounds fantastic. I wish you would have revved it a few times in the video. I just know it has a snappy throttle response. It's the element of big builds that people can't understand until they experience it. It's one thing to add 20 hp, it's another to have it available so much quicker.
