Well there was no science to it. The strap they hang from is crammed up against the signal lights. Basically I forced them to sit in there. Doesn't look great but they will work if I need them. I'll shoot a pic and post sometime today

Years ago I got some cheap throw-over bags for my DYNA. Hated them. Took of the throw over part and mounted the bags to some "EASY BRACKETS" that had quick detach feature. Liked 'em for a while - then I added the Ultra to the stable and DYNA now has no bags at all.

leatherworks bags fit like a glove. they make bags to fit right for all the dynas

The workaround that I have come up with is a TimBuk2 messenger bag. Easy mounting, I just throw it over my shoulder. Quick detach too.
