Lightbulb Installing a voltage meter

I have a 13 Fatboy, trying to find a wire in the console to run a the positive voltage meter wire off of. Everything I am finding is either on constantly with the ignition off or only runs at 3 or 4 volts. Anyone have a suggestion or wire diagram?

Even the ignition white/blue wire only runs at 3 or 4 volts and is a constant which does not make sense to me as it is an ignition switch

right off hand, i would look at the lighting system as it would be 12v and powered off when key is off, i believe it to be a red/orange
google harley sip and then pick language and you can find schematic, a lot of info can be had by inputting vin number.

You can buy a plug to connect to 91A from HD , the R/Y is switched power.
