You might want to start a new thread (since you have solved the no crank issue), it is now a cranks but no start issue.

Well, it is somehow back to no crank again. After I got it to "not turning over but no start" I tried to figure out the no start part. I check battery voltage its 13.4v. Battery is brand new-hasnt been fired up once and checked with another battery. I check for fuel. About a gallon in the tank. Fuel out squirts out carb nozzle normally. Go to check spark plugs(see they are black as **** in spite of only be fired up for a total of maybe 90 seconds before the bike died on me as it was warming up weeks ago). Before I put the new plugs in I decided to check compression. Got damn near dead nuts 120psi on both front and rear. Put new plugs in to check for spark and then she doesnt want to turn over again at all for the spark plug check with the little plug tester. I have all lights, horn etc. Im at loss

Check the 4 wires at the relay like before. Last time you had 9-10v.

All you can do is start over and try and find the problem.

At the relay there will be one wire that goes to ground, can you find it?

I blew the same ignition fuse again. That seems to be the result of the problem. Now to find the problem...

I have 12v on the red/black wire before I hit the start button but that stays at 12 when I hit start. None of the others have voltage and I blew the fuse everytime though

Exactly when does the fuse blow?

When you turn on the ignition switch?
When you turn on the engine run switch?
When you press the start button?

I hear a single faint pop/click sound after I hit start button. I heard the same click as I did when I hit the start when I touched the probe to red w black wire (one with voltage). But I didnt check the fuse after that and before I hit the start. When I put a new fuse in I touched the prove to the same contact part of the relay and I didnt replicate that sound and noise

The Red w Black Stripe wire is not the problem, this wire is always energized, the power for this wire comes from the ignition switch.

If the fuse blows when you press the start button, the problem is in the wire that goes between the start switch and the start relay (or it could be the switch itself, but not likely). The wire is black with red stripe.

Have you had the handlebar switches apart lately?
