The lack of spacing makes understanding difficult too.
We can not see, touch or hear the bike so information returned can only be as good as provided.
It seems like you might have:
2009 Harley Ultra (basically a touring bike/dresser) of unknown ownership time.
Bike is of unknown mileage.
Unknown if there are any changes from factory stock.
Unknown when bike last functioned correctly.
Taking a guess: won't crank,no blinkers
Taking a guess: Headlight, running light, tail light and horn all works
You can can hear fuel pump
All gauges Are lighting up except the speedometer and tach gauges.
For diagnostics:
What is the condition of battery ? has battery been tested?
What is the condition of fuses? Have fuses been removed, checked and replaced?
How does the wire loom under rear fender look? Is you bike lowered at the rear?

As said, take a deep breath.
Please describe any mods done to the bike, especially recently.
Any if I were you, I would pull the fuse labeled “Battery” (15 amp in position 2d-2c) and check to see if it is good and check for corrosion. (it feeds power to the TSSM)
And if corrosion is the problem, I would clean all the fuses and apply some dielectric grease.
(should be a regular maintenance item.)
