What make headlight is this and how do I get the bulb out?

 

Looks like there is a screw on the lower left side, if so there is probably another one on the other side. I suspect the reflector is retained in a ring which sits inside the bucket, so removing those screws should enable you to remove the reflector. That's my guess - hope it helps!
