The stock ignition module on my 84 FLH is intermittent/failed. The stock "black box" part has been very hard to find. This is the 3 wire plug style to the rotor sensor. What is available are the modern combined sensor/ ignition modules that have the rotor sensor and ignition in a small module that installs in the "points" cone. Some advertise high performance with adjustment *****. I'm looking for the simplest solution. I don't want a lot of tinkering as this is a "dust it off and ride it on Sunday" bike.
Any suggestions on locating the stock module or which new style would be good?
