Power loss

I have a 97 ultra and i just aquired it, first thing that happened is a blown head gasket right off the bat, now im losing power and it sounds like ive got a 671 blower on it, the whining is getting louder, HELP!

The whole motor should be torn down and checked for damage.

There is a reason why it blew a head gasket in the first place and will probably keep doing it until the root cause is found.
