Default Confused

At the begining of the summer put new pipes on, power commander and big sucker on. Got the map from fuel moto. Bike runs great. The other day i noticed that the muffler was backing out of head pipe. I pushed it back in and tightend down the clamp. Went out for ride yesterday and bike ran great me and the wife stopped at a couple of shops and then went back out on the road. Then all of a sudden the bike starts popping and farting. On decel. This had never happend since i put the whole system on the power commander was doing its job smooth as silk. Any ideas what may be wrong. Im going to check the power commander now and make sure it didnt crap the bed. Help please. Thanks mike

Mike, I would hook up your computer to the PCIII and see if something has changed in the map. Let me know what you find and then we will go from there...

Your answer is in what you typed. The "muffler coming loose from the pipe" and decel popping go hand in hand. First thing you need to do is go to a HD shop and buy a NEW Torca clamp. You're sucking in air where the muffler joins the pipe and this is what's most likely causing the decel popping. Since the bike still runs great, I can't see any reason to think it's the PCIII.
