Default Cams for 2007 Stage I Fatboy 96ci

Hey guys I'm caught in choosing CAMS. I describe I have a Stage 1 with Heavy Breather and VH Big Radius 2-1 Exhaust. It's a 96 EFI Engine. I don't plan on doing anything with the heads or upgrading to bigger bore engine like the 107 or 103. I drive in NYC where I get both traffic and freeway mix. I had people telling me go with SE 255/204,S&S 551/583, Woods 222/555, and Andrews 48H/57H. What I want is a my bike to be peppy from a red light but to have good passing power at highway speeds that can keep up with the flow of traffic. I'm just learning how to change cams and decided to go with SE pushrods and S&S Cam Installation Kit for the gasket and bearings. Don't want DYNO numbers because I've seen all of them online. Just want to know experiences and pros and con. I posted a poll under https://www.hdforums.com/forum/softail-models/1158969-best-cams-for-an-2007-fatboy.html#post15935324

48`s would be your best bet,i do have a set of used 255`s if you want to go on the cheap, but ide go with 48`s (but ide also go 107" with headwork & some decent cams)

I know but I'm not planning on doing the 107 and the reason is because other than the dealer there isn't any custom shop for me to leave the bike for work to get done on it. And I'm not confident enough to change out the cylinders and do the headwork by myself.

Found a cutom shop thats about an hour away. The guy at prestige cycles told me headwork should be done and to move up to 103 because ill get more out of the cam with compression. Ballpark figure will be about $3000-$5000 depending for all work including tuning and dyno. A lil steep but understandable.
