[QUOTE=Jerze rider;19675500I also tend to ride higher in the rpms and crank on the gas alot and id like hard take off from a stand still and pulling through the rpm range
QUOTE]

Plenty of posters here achieve this by lowering gear ratios. Fewer teeth on either trans belt pulley or motor sprocket in primary

Combined with mild upgrades it could help you on both ends

Not for me and my riding style , I’m just throwing it out there as an option

Its torn down now.. the pinion and bushing are scored in the same pattern from what I can see its light scoring it does catch my nail but their not deep. The oil pump has light scoring as well in a rotational pattern but not crazy. The cam plate has the same scoring marks as well where the pump rides. So much for a cheap upgrade

Please wait for others to weigh in on severity of “scoring”

keep in mind there is no such unicorn as a perfectly concentric pinion shaft
it has to touch somewhere

put an dial indicator on it

I forgot to add that even tho the tensioner looked in good shape looking at it but once I got it off it was pitted. And I do see very fine brass in the bottom of the case. Is there a particular spot to place the dial indicator or any good fixed spot is good? Looking closer at the cam plate bushing it does run in an eccentric fashion half is worn and half is clean. I will source a proper dial indicator and check runout

The guys over at fuel moto suggested a rcc kit from woods with tw-6 cams due to my exhaust being a Rhinehart true dual along with a power vision tuner. I appreciate the suggestions tho

Here's the pinion cleaned up with a very light cleaning with Emory cloth and green scotch brite
