Tell us more about the M8 that you built that burned up because the oil pump caused the engine to sump, tell us all about it.

@Rickr01 The latest OEM pump has been out since mid `19, and since then the sumping issue has become a non problem.

If you got out more and didn't think all harley owners post here you might actually learn something. Actually a LOT of well known builders/tuners don't.
I already posted a link not long ago. Look it up.
The latest m8 pump sumped... Period.

Personally, I wouldn't waste my time or money replacing an HD pump with another HD pump when there's better out there. Their track record is dismal.
There are advantages to an aftermarket plate most don't consider as well like adjustable oil pressure and anti aeration.
Nothing wrong with preventive maintenance. Waiting til it sumps could be the last time it sumps.
Where do I come up with a fact? By reading your jackass comments about all things wrong with Harley.

Go F yourself as you’re so full of schit you make rounders, jackass paper and the others appear smart.

You were asked to provide proof of your claim of “burning” up an engine and you retort with nonsense.

There’s no way you or the other clowns mentioned are wrenching bikes, as you’re too busy being an *** on this forum to be doing anything but typing one handed with your thumb up your *** with the other.

Simple facts are, folks that F around with their Harley’s that have no business doing so are the ones with problems.

Get off the forum and ride and see all the stock bikes running down the highways. Wait, you can’t as you don’t ride when on this forum talking schit.

Peace!

I`ve learned more about being a mechanic in just one of my 50 years as a professional mechanic than you have in your entire working life sitting in your truck reading on your cellphone...

You just read it on the internet, then come here with your 3rd hand stories.

You are a fake...Period.

I remember people like you saying M8s dont sump at all. You were obviously wrong then too.
You are the fake posting bs you have no clue about. Just because your stock 80hp wonder that never sees 4000 rpm doesn't sump means nothing. I've seen it and so have others.

The date of that post was March of 2019, but it does not say how long before the post was made when the issue actually happened.

And of course, the know it all had no actual involvement in any of the builds in that thread.

So has the SnS dual scavenge rotor pump.. SnS won't guarantee that their pump corrects sumping.
