Changing M8 oil pump

Tell us more about the M8 that you built that burned up because the oil pump caused the engine to sump, tell us all about it.

I already posted a link not long ago. Look it up.
The latest m8 pump sumped... Period.
Where do you come up with this stuff? The interweb? You obviously haven't seen a stock Harley sump. You would think by now they could release an engine that didn't sump out of the gate. The latest m8 pump has sumped too. Burned up a new build in the process before it got an aftermarket 3 stage pump after being rebuilt...again. Personally, I wouldn't waste my time or money replacing an HD pump with another HD pump when there's better out there. Their track record is dismal.
There are advantages to an aftermarket plate most don't consider as well like adjustable oil pressure and anti aeration.
Nothing wrong with preventive maintenance. Waiting til it sumps could be the last time it sumps.

So has the SnS dual scavenge rotor pump.. SnS won't guarantee that their pump corrects sumping.
