Though the 99 did have 4 pumps the last is a o7 up pump. The S&S is in my 02. I didn't just buy pumps one after enother, I was in the cam chest or doing a rebuild when I changed them. The 99 has a 175,000 miles on it.

I like 1/4 gage at hot idle to keep the rest of the engine happy. The 99 is like 1/8 gage or less, it seams to work its been out west and south couple times each.
