'24 and up cam upgrade and ride modes.

Will installing an aftermarket torque cam negate the effectiveness of the ride modes? Or, enhance them?

That depends entirely on which Tuner you use, some Tuners don't have all the capabilities to still allow all the ride functions to work correctly.
