Wink Retune or not?

I have an 06 Street Bob that I bought with Python dual exhausts on it. I am thinking of going back to the stock exhaust. I do not know if the remapping was done. Do I need to do anything , or just install the exhaust? The bike now has 13,000 miles on it and I had ridden it 3,000 since I bought it. It runs great.

I'm sure it has a fuel controller some where on it. I would say tune it to the stock exhaust. It may just have a stage 1 ecm. If thats all it is it should be fine.
