Here are two more campsites:

We stayed there a couple of nights about 3 years ago. Very relaxing. Nice riding area and Isabell is an awesome cook!

Sam,
Here's a link to a useful routeplanner. In the options tab you can enter some route options to avoid motorways, toll routes etc:
ViaMichelin
The Michelin maps used in this planner show green lines along interesting routes..those are the ones you have to pick out to plan your routes!
Let me know if you need some more info

Here’s a rough outline of where I’ll be headed I think.
thal Austria and Germain Switzerland are my two only locations that I need to go to. The rest is open. Any suggestions. Realistically I’d like to do this trip in 8 days so I have time in Paris At my friends place for a day either side of the trip. Less than 200 miles a day is what I like for exploring and I know this map is mostly main roads so I can only assume this is the shortest route possible.
any thoughts , do not dos or advice? Thank you all again!

oh Awesome!!!! - i am just using Google maps and saving those. then breaking that out to smaller local paper maps. I will have a cheap GPS that i intend to use to get me back to main roads or such but mostly relying on Plotting the course on Google Maps - if you had a link to what you posted, that was on google maps i would be extremely thankful! that looks great already.
