Default Updating an old radio

Hey guys,

Just picked up a '93 Classic with 8,600 miles on the clock! Bike has obviously been sitting most of it's life so I am going to go through it, one thing I would like to do is get rid of the cheesy cassette radio and upgrade to something newer. It looks like most places that actually offer a complete kit only go back to around '96 so I'm guessing things changed at that point? I don't mind if it isn't exactly plug and play and I have to do some re-wiring but I'd like to find something that fits and works, any suggestions?

I used a Biketronics Retro Install kit and the hand control module on my '94. Then you can use most single DIN head units - the choice is yours. Check the audio section or call them. One more thing - my lifetime warranty module got soaked in a deluge and failed. I sent it back and they replaced it, no questions asked, I would definitely buy from them again.
