Default Lunched my starter yesterday

'95 Heritage.
Well as the title says I managed to break the **** out of my starter yesterday.
My question is how much of an improvement on the stock starter is a 1.7 kw All ***** starter?

also have a 1.4kw allballs -- they arent bulletproof (i blew up a starter clutch 3months after it went in). they warranteed it (because allballs is a fantastic outfit), and its been in the cabinet since, as a spare. I rebuilt the bendix in the stock starter...and threw it back in "temporarily"

it's been "temporarily" spinning over an S&S 124 for the last ~ 3.5years

I was giving a bit of throttle to help the bike start and when it fired it kicked backwards and did bad things to the starter.

Is the starter for your Evo 111? A cheaper way might be to get the All ***** clutch gear (Amazon- $60) if the rest of your starter is good. Good luck.
