Cam, cam bearing, depending on the miles lifters, S&S E carb, and a Dynatek ignition module.
EV-13 and EV-27 are popular bolt in cams.

If you want to spend money call Hillside and do a Wiseco 10.2:1 setup with stage II heads and a Woods W6 cam... Open the intake runner to 1.780" and install a S&S E with thunder jet... Yeah a Dynatek ignition and a good 2-1 like a Supertrapp.. Hi 80's low 90's is achievable.. How much you want to spend?

Or if you want even more power a Woods w8 or W9f, Scott builds those also. And those will get you close to a hundred 100/100.

If he's gonna go that far why not build an '89 stroker out of it?
Do it right and do it once...

New lifters, no matter what the mileage on the bike is (that bike came with the old design lifters that were known to fail at the roller).

New inner cam bearing Torrington B-138 or Koyo B-138.

Upgraded front belt pulley setup (the pulleys up to mid `94 were known to come loose, causing some severe headaches).

RB racing makes 113 inch Orca motor for $9995., just make sure you have the primary transmission and secondary drive that can handle all that....

As I asked for in the past, please post the service bulletin number. Or please post the year of the factory service manual that makes this recommendation.
When HD releases a service bulletin, the following model year factory service manual will contain said information that was relayed via the service bulletin. Do you know of any year HD factory service manual that indicated a service replacement interval for the lifters? I'm not suggesting that this isn't a good idea, it just seems like something that some people keep repeating and then becomes gospel without any proof.
