Default Thankful for my Evo and other things...

Accidentally got a shot of the sheriff in good light. On the porch in front of a solid brick home with the John Deere diesel I always wanted as a kid sitting in the background. I am blessed. Going to ride dirty tomorrow with no windshield and pretend I'm a tough guy lol!

Thank you kindly, I waited a long time for an flhp that had never seen active service. I enjoy it immensely 😎

Pull over one of the Silver State Patrol bikes and see if they got a sense of humor.

Starting to like the stock stuff like your bike and neat it hasn't been chopped up

Not sure what you mean by silver state, not being a smart ***. All the law enforcement officers I've chatted with locally, troopers and sheriffs alike love the bike. Little history, for grins, the bike was originally ordered new for the Broome county sheriff department with 5 others. They refused this one as a guy retired early. It was put up for sale at the local dealer, a mounted officer from the next county up bought it for his personal ride and put the bulk of the miles on it. I'm the first non Leo to own it. Previous owner actually wouldn't sell it to the few guys ahead of me with cash in hand because they stated how they planned to cut it up. Not knowing any of that, I mentioned how I thought it was the perfect motorcycle as it sat and the deal was done 😎

My area has several Ohio State Patrols on new Silver Harleys and patrol heavy, assuming other states have State Patrol officers on Harley's also. Just making a joke about pulling one of them over on the old bike and having a sense of humor.

Lol, copy that, I thought that's what you meant but wasn't sure. It's my 4th season with the bike and I still giggle at intersections when people put down their phones and put their seatbelts on 😂

Do you have the pizza box that goes on the back?

Yes I do. I removed it then trimmed the bracket for the seat bladder and polished it up.
