Texas. We don't like to bake in the summer.

Here in minnesota, when it gets to warm in the summer, we just jump into the nearest lake!

Warm in Minnesota? 90° is HOT, especially if the dew point is 70 or better. We get a few days above 100 most summers.
The real reason to live here is this:

Looks like around here in the summer.
90-95 is about tops here too.

Yeah we got lakes and boats too but 90° is warm and not anywhere near hot!!!!
