Default Replace HyperCharger

I'm looking into changing out the Hypercharger that was on the bike when I bought it. It looks good, but the bike is a 91 Ultra Classic and I want to find a more nastalgic looking air cleaner to go on the bike. But my question is would I have to rejet the carb for the air cleaner I'm getting.

I went from a Hypercharger to a Ness Big Sucker with a factory cover and did not need to re jet.

You may find the SE is still available, or a K&N, which externally looks the same.
