Default Evo base gaskets

I have the James base gaskets, any advice on adding a sealant to them? hylomar? Permatex Hi tack? Copper?

Any advice on actually removing the gaskets? They are a bitch!

Thanks.

Didn't use a sealer on mine with the James gaskets.

Did make real sure the surfaces were clean and dry on assembly.

If you have some imperfections in the juggs, it is best to turn or Trock lap them but a light light coat of Ultra Black will work, good stuff.

I've used a dremel with a wire wheel. Rips the old gaskets right off. Just make sure you stuff plenty of rage down into the block to keep the crap from dropping in.
