Default May or June

I figured we'd go back to Palestine for the meet up this year as it seems to be the best location for the most people to show up but I was wondering which month ya'll thought was better.

Doesn't matter much to me as long as it's not on the second Saturday of any month (Club Bass Tournament). If I had to choose, it would be late May as the temps are roughly 10 degrees less then late June.

Maybe the riders in our area can meet up and head out together. Which route you planning on, Up along 79 or head towards College Station then shoot north. We did a 3 day ride out to Nacogdoches not long ago, cruised the Piney woods, great riding.

Will there be an alternate weekend in case of weather.

Thinks! Palestine in the Mediterranean is closest to me of those I know. Could be a bit 'hot' out there, what with the unrest in that locality....

Jus' teasin'! I may have to give my apologies once more.

I usually just head out 79.
There isn't an alternate day for bad weather.

While I might (once) have considered August to be acceptable, there is No Way In Texas that Dr.Linda is going to go for that one (again.)

I assume that phrase is related to some peoples thoughts about Texas...
