Lol, yeah.
Need the travel permit because i work outside of my LGA, you can just log into a Government service site and apply for permit, as long as it's a valid reason such as work you will get one.
Have to carry it with you be it paper or Digital copy on your phone, the whole thing is crazy but it has reduced the spread.
