Any value in owning this diag tool for a carbed ‘98 Low Rider? Bike is stock except for AC and mufflers. Nothing wrong currently but will own this bike for a long time and I’m wondering if there is any value in a diag tool for a bike this old.

For a carbed bike, I wouldn't think so. You have to find one first. My bike is fuel injected and I got lucky and bought a used breakout box for it. A breakout box is sort of like a poor man's scanalyzer. I don't think it has as much funtionality. I've only used it a few times. Sort of handy but there are enough workarounds to negate owning one.
