I looked at a few of the other pics on this forum and the random web pics, it looks like some of them are actually oversized. This thing was like $299 with a coupon 13 years ago so it's been a good investment. So I think that I'll start with a slightly larger piece versus trying to make a perfect piece.
always something, right?!?!

Mines 30-3/4" long x 12 3/4" wide for the plate itself.

You have the same table I do, it's just a plate with a couple strips welded underneath as guides. In case your opening is different, just cut it 2 to 3" wider both directions, weld the guides in giving you 1/2" clearance each side of the opening.

Btw, the Jack was weak. I added 225 ml of fluid. Works now.
One thing, I don't ever remember a puddle underneath the table.... Where did it go? When? Whatever!
I put some truth paper and I'll monitor it.
Thanks to all that replied! The Evo section is the best forum left on the Internet that I know of. Really!

Make a couple suggestions for easy but very useful mods for the table. Their stops are not at good working heights so I added a little steel and a couple spacer blocks so it sits more comfortable.
Second a big one was sank some female threaded anchors flush and made a removalbe clamp to hold the table from sliding all over when I'm loading a bike solo, Can up on it now.
Last and strongly suggest this make a hardwood or steel braces for the rear so when you lower it on the front stops the rear is solidly supported also, these things will sag in the butt and can twist a bit otherwise.
Strapping it down alone was always a pain so grabbed a couple 1/4" alum rods and welded pipe nipples to the washer under the eye bolts. Makes things a lot easier solo,
