Default Oil issue

I have a 98 evo I have a problem with to high of oil pressure it's at 40+win it gets warmed up it stay there drops to 30 at idle then after riding a little ways I start losing oil pressure I look down and oil is all over my motor need help

What bike are we talking about? Any recent mods or maintenance done to the bike? What’s the oil level when you check it? Are you getting oil back to the tank?

I would check the valve tappet oil screen and/or for a kinked line.
