Fatboy forward controls

Does anyone recognize this brand or model of forward controls? Saw this on a 99 Fatboy and need this for my bike! The owner knew nothing about them and said they came with the bike.

IDK that particular brand but I would think forwards off any similar model year Softail would fit.

I don't mean stock. They look like some HD custom forwards, I had some on one of my old Fatboys.
