Default 1991 Tourglide conversion to FLHS

Doing this conversion from mix match of parts I have and the windshield frame I have is about an inch too narrow to bolt up to the FLHS windshield brackets mounted to forks. The brackets have a -93 part number, but I think they are the same as 1991. Can someone with an FLHS measure their horizonal peice of windshield frame (above headlight and connects to two upright peices) and tell me what distance are bolt holes between center hole and next hole over on either side (should be in 6-7" range). Thanks!!
