Default Front disc has run away...

1994 Heritage

Measured the front disc runout with dial indicator near the outside edge- its right at the limit .008

My options are:

- leave it, wait until it gets worse
- get a new disc
- get it machined

Suggestions? Is there a floating disc option for this bike?

Floating disc for a 94'? I believe so, I have one on my 99'. I think HD offers them, as well as the after market.

Dont worry to much on .008 I can almost get rid of that with a tweak with my hand. If it doesnt bother you as in pulsation Dont worry. The floating rotors are nice looking polished up...
