Default Exhaust for 2001 rkci

I need to know what a good exhaust would be for my 01 RKCI. I hadThunderheader slip on pipes but man where they loud. And my bike popped to much. Is there a good slip on system out there that will give me a deep sound without being to loud?I dont want to have to spend a ton more money on remapping etc. My local shop charges around $250 to just remap. I have stock on the bike now but would like the sound to be half a gain as loud or so. Any opinions appreciated. Greg

The first generation of SEII slip-ons where real goodfor sound. Today Rush Slip-ons are makingbig statement in this industry. If you look at the rush pipes and your build is stock stay with a 1 3/4'baffle, this will give you good performance and a good note for sound. The 2' baffle will work too but they are louder and it will not perform as well on a stock bike.
