Default CFR's decrease on tone

Installed my CFR pipes two years ago (brand new pipes) and at first the pipes seemed nice and LOUD to me, After having the bike out with 9500 miles on the pipes, my question is, has anyone found the CFR pipes or other pipes decrease in tone thru wear?

No, usually it is the opposite, as the packing burns out they tend to get louder. I think you are just used to the sound now!

Well except the snowflakes.
