Default “ Exhaust “

I have a 2010 Ultra Screaming Eagle CVO, I am installing a stage 4 kit and I want to install a new exhaust system also. Can anyone advise on the best system for performance and sound ? and true duals or 2 into 1 ? Also I live California, andI know that might be a problem buying what I want and need ! Might go to Reno NV. If I have to. Any help would be appreciated,Rex

There are many answers to your question. Did you pick a cam for low end torque or mid range? A true dual system is good for higher end performance and a 2 into 1 is better for low end grunt all other things being equal. What do you mean by stage 4 for a cvo 110 motor?

Thanks for the info. Stage 4 kit is cams, throttle body, pistons, tuner, big ore cylinders, intake and exhaust. I think I am going with the S&S true dual header and slip ons . Sent from

With the engine mods you are doing, talk to the engine builder and get their recommendation. You have a lot going on with a bigger throttle body, different compression, higher lift cam etc. These things all work together and sometimes against each other in terms of torque and horsepower. The right exhaust system is very important to have your bike running right.

D&D Fat Cat with the perforated wrapped baffle would be my choice as that is what I am putting on my 117" build in my '08 Ultra!
