Cleaning Stage 1 K&N air filter ?

Cleaning Stage 1 K&N air filter ?
How do you clean the Stage 1 K&N air filter? Do you just wash it with soap and water? Can you dry it by blowing it with low-pressure air? Do you oil the filter after it is dry? I got no instructions with the filter.

K &N MAKES A CLEANING KIT WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED INCLUDING INSTRUCTIONS AND OIL. DO NOT USE PRESSURE. Let it air dry.
