Default left fuel on over winter

left fuel on. Bike will turn over if plugs are pulled. How to get things cleared out please so that I can clean the plugs and get going.

Pull the plugs, drain the tank and if it is a carbed bike drain the bowls. I'd clean the carbs if ya have them with carb cleaner and make sure the fuel lines are clean. Maybe some ether in the plug holes and let it sit to evaporate then fresh gas... if it is a fuel injected bike I am not sure....
