Ok guys I checked the search button for touring and didn't come up with much more than I've already tried. Motor turns over, battery voltage good, coil good, spark good, fuil pump works fine. I'm stumped! I looked at the CPS, didn't check for power, but it wasn't dirty and connector clean. I checked all associated fuses and all is well.
More information is required. Year of bike would be a good start. Any codes? Looks to be a fuel problem. Could be fuel filter, broken pipe in fuel tank or even just low on fuel. (Tank empty)

If you have late model fuel injected bike, uncouple the fuel line at the bottom left side of fuel tank, and plug it back in.
That connector operates just like an air compressor fitting.
I have seen one bike not start due to some issue there.
Everything else was working (like you described), its just that fuel wasn't flowing through that connector.
Disconnecting and connecting it again was a quick fix and got it going.
Thanks for the suggestions. It's 04 Ultra Classic. No diagnostic codes. I'll try the fuel QD trick and smell the plugs, but I'm pretty sure they were dry and no fuel smell. Well, qd trick didn't work. I smell fuel on the plugs. This is going to be fun to figure out! I wonder if the pump is putting out enough pressure?
Not sure if this could be your issue but I have had two friends one with a 03 and one with a 04 electraglide that had holes worn in the fuel line internal to the tank and the fuel pump would kick on and just dump the fuel right back into the tank. You could hear it if the fuel was low. I do not recall if it caused a no start issue but maybe worth a look. Good luck and update with the fix.

Something like that would very likely result in a "no start" issue.
I am not sure exactly how much fuel pressure is needed for the bike to start and run, but it is quite a bit.
40+ psi range to fire the injectors?
Low pressure and it will run like crap, and if the pressure is low enough it won't even start.
Problem solved! I had the issue earlier in the year with the pin hole in the fuel pump line and replaced the rigid harley fuel line with a much better submersible fuel line. It worked great but just now the hose clamp backed off a bit and the line separated from the pump. After a lot of head scratching I opened up the tank and sure enough the line wasn't connected. A few cranks on the hose clamp and all is better! Whew! I'm glad that's over!
