Default compression release valves sticking

I had cr valves installed earlier this year. They work good, but after the bike has been run for awhile and warmed i kill the bike, when i start it back up the valves stick open. It has never happened when it is cold, and sometimes its 1 valve sometimes both. What could be causing the cr valves to be sticking, all i do is pull them up if they stick?

Correct, if they stick open once the engine has started, just pull up on em. Its a pretty common occurence with CR releases. Normally a shot of WD-40 will cure it.
