Default Removing paint from cylinders and case?

I just bought an Evo motor off of ebay and the owner painted the cylinders red. I want to remove the red paint and it's been painted on top of the factory wrinkle black. What's the best way to go about this? I've thought about using paint stripper and either repainting with some type of wrinkle black finish or possible attempting to polish all of the aluminum. My other thought was just to leave it as is and find a wrinkle black paint and just cover up the red. I noticed Eastwood has a wrinkle black paint but I don't know if there are better options out there or not. I'm not sure if this is the best section to put this post in so feel free to move it.

Do you plan on doing a big bore?
If the jugs are off u can maybe have them bead blasted,or just go with the wrinkle black overlay.
