Default Oil my Big Sucker Air Filter?

I just put a Big Sucker Stage 1 on my Road King.

Do I need to oil this filter, like the old K&N filters? Or, is this a dry disposable filter?

The Big Sucker uses a cleanable cotton gauze filter element that is pre-oiled.

Much Thanks!

So I can run it as is (out of the box) and clean & oil it sometime down the road?
