Offset Rocker Support Plate. Installed one in the 120R when the motor was built. That along with SE roller rockers have been flawless.

Your dipstick popping out is from the vent that runs under the trans in the case getting clogged with oil - it's like a p trap. Install a tight fitting dipstick but best is to upgrade to the vent line that runs from the cam chest to the dipstick housing - requires replacement of the dipstick housing.
