Default engine Build questions

Hi guys I have a little problem and I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. I went to my local dealer and talked to them about making a little more horse power. Currently I have a 2009 Crossbones with a vance and hines pro pipe, power commander V, and a se heavy breather. I priced a 103 stage 2 kit from Harley but it is going to end up around $4,000 because they want me to reinstall my O2 sensors (which means changing pipes) and they wont tune it with my power commander only the harley tuner. I would like to save the $1,000 for pipes and tuner and go with some thing else if there is a better combo to make the same power. I would love to be about 100hp to the wheel but the more the better lol. I don't have a local Harley Builder that could build my motor with the set up I like. I was just wondering if I should go with the 103 stage 2 kit or have my stock heads worked and put some thing like andrews cams and maybe travel a little to find a builder. I searched and searched but I dont see a lot of set ups with the new power commander and am starting to second guess purchasing it. Any help is appreciated. After that huge spill I guess my questions are
- is there any other after market set up thats cheaper than screaming eagle you guys recommend?
- Does any one know a reputable engine builder near upstate sc that could build then tune with my power commander?
- And what makes more power a 103 kit with out heads or stock displacement with heads and cams?
Thanks Again sorry for the book!!

Don't know about "cheaper", but the folks sure do like what we provide, and there are many options for how you want the delivery.

Get the service manual and build it yourself; save beauceau $$$. You've got a good exhaust system and have opened up the air intake; SE breather is OK. Have your cylinders bored to fit SE flat top pistons, Andrews 37 or SE204 cams with 4* advance gear, .030" Cometic head gasket and you're done. Find a tuner proficient with the PCV and get her tuned. Don't really need headwork to get the 100 number you are looking for but with the saved labor $$, another 400-500 for a "street" port and decking for compression would be money well spent. If heads are decked for compression, don't need the 4* advance gear.

Have Scott do your heads. Have your crank welded and trued. Get yourself a good cam. I am partial to the Wood cams (555). 103 pistons. With jugs bored over and shaved .007 . Cometic .030 head gasket. Stock replacement litters and adjustable push rods. You will be under 3000 and you will have over 100 HP EASY more like 115.

Now you r limited to the power commander at that point. I don't know what power commander offers???
