Just wanna share.

Anyone considering a fuelmoto programmer or whatever...

I got a FM PC and love it.
Made some changes to the bike, then emailed Jamie and Keith at Fuel Moto.

I emailed them on a Sunday night. Monday am, I got a reply from Jamie, and then later a reply from Keith.

They actually said, if I want to dial it in a little better, to get my lap top plugged into the bike, and then call them (he left a phone number for me). Said he would walk me thru any adjustments I need.

Now THAT! Is Good customer service!!!

Couldn't agree with you more. So much so, when I was looking for slip ons and AC it was a no brainer for me. These guys are great and know what they are doing. My brother is running a stock RK and he couldn't believe the performance difference between my bike with the PCV, autotune, Jackpot's and AC and his bike.

Heard nothing but good things about them...customer service is very important to a business and it seems they made it a priority to their business plan...

I'm sure they have had their share of dealing with some wacko's...tough to keep everyone happy.

 

Yup, there are many many many companies that "just sell parts" Thats it!
Thats the reason I posted.

I love the fact that they actually care about what they do! Not many out there that actually care once you purchase.
So to see these guys care about the end users is a great feeling!!
